Shopping Procedure

1. Add the loved piece of jewellery to the shopping cart;

2. Select "Checkout" or continue shopping; or find the "Checkout" button in the upper right corner later;

3. Select delivery method and payment method;

4. Select "Proceed to Checkout";

5. Enter customer information, delivery details and payment details; and

6. Artsy Original will produce and deliver the purchased jewelry to you within the preferenced date (delivery date may differ if changes required by customer).

Payment Method

1. Pay online (VISA / MASTER); or

2. ATM / FPS transfer (please provide the payment confirmation within 2 days to email enquiry@artsyoriginal.com

Delivery Methods

For the delivery methods, there are DHL Express, SF Express and Hong Kong Post. The logistic options will depend based on the selected country.
