What is the difference between a jewelry from Artsy Original and one from another jeweler?

Each stone is strictly selected to meet the Artsy Original’s visual standards for beauty and brilliance. If one stone is not well cut, they will not sparkle equally.
Each piece of jewelry has been handmade with care by the Hong Kong artisans. At Artsy Original, the artisans are full of skilled craftsmen and put their expertise into creating each and every piece of jewelry.
Does Artsy Original offer gemological certificates for its jewelry?
Only a certain size of precious stones/diamond is accompanied by a report from the Gemological Institute of America or other recognized gemological companies.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Products purchased on Artsy Original website may not be returned to Artsy Original or exchanged with Artsy Original.
May I include a personal gift message with my purchase?
A blank gift card is enclosed with every purchase. We can print your message on this card. If you wish to use this service, please enter your message with your order confirmation reference and send to enquiry@artsyoriginal.com within 24 hours of your order placed.
