General Delivery Information:
· The exact amount of delivery will be converted according to the exchange rate the day you place the order. Please contact your credit card issuer if you have any questions.
· Tariffs and consumption taxes may be imposed on the product based on the customs regulations of respective countries. When a product is sampled for inspection, the fees thus incurred shall be paid by the recipient. If the recipient refuses to receive the product, fees thus incurred as well as the losses from the destruction or return of the product shall be paid by the purchaser.
· Delivery times are from the date of ordered product is made only.
· Products are hand-made after order confirmation. The lead-time is approximately 23 working days. Customer can choose the date after 23 days as the expected arrival date; if not selected, the product will be shipped immediately after the completion of production.
· All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed for.
· Please note that express delivery may take additional time if you have requested personalization or adjustments. In such cases, the Artsy Original will contact you to propose other arrangements.
· Holiday and Special Occasions
Any noted dates regarding delivery in time for holidays are calculated using the delivery option for readily available items. To ensure your creation will be ready for your special occasion, we recommend placing your orders before these dates, allowing enough time for potential payment reviews, carrier holds, or other unexpected circumstances which may cause delay.
